ATELIER YOGA Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Atelier Yoga LLC (“Atelier Yoga,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing classes, memberships, or attending sessions at our studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services offered by Atelier Yoga.

1. Memberships & Billing

Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring monthly basis using the payment method saved to your account.

Some memberships may include an initial commitment period, which will be disclosed at the time of purchase. After this period, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled.

To stop billing, cancellation requests must be submitted via email at least 7 days before your next billing date.

Memberships are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable

  • Intended for individual use only

2. Class Credits & Drop-Ins

Single classes and class packages are subject to the following:

  • Valid only through their stated expiration date

  • Not eligible for refunds

  • Non-transferable and not shareable

Any unused classes will expire and cannot be reinstated after the expiration date.

3. Intro / Promotional Offers

Introductory or limited-time unlimited offers (such as one-month unlimited):

  • Begin on the date of purchase

  • Expire after the stated duration

  • May be set to auto-renew unless canceled in advance

These offers are non-refundable and may not be transferred or extended.

4. Booking, Cancellations & Attendance

Due to limited capacity, we enforce a cancellation policy to ensure fair access.

Cancellation Window:
Reservations must be canceled at least 2 hours before class start time.

Late Cancellations:
If canceled within the 2-hour window:

  • Members may incur a fee

  • Class credit holders will lose the reserved class

No-Shows:
If you do not attend a booked class:

  • Members may be charged a higher no-show fee

  • Class credits will be forfeited

These policies help maintain availability and support our instructors.

5. Waitlist Policy

If you are added to a class from the waitlist, you are responsible for attending or canceling within the required window.

Failure to cancel in time will result in the same penalties as a late cancel or no-show.

6. Payments & Account Responsibility

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payments are processed securely via Momence and Stripe.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.

If a payment fails:

  • Your account access may be restricted

  • Future bookings may be blocked until resolved

7. Gift Cards

Gift cards:

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

  • Are non-refundable

  • May not be transferred

They may be used toward eligible studio purchases, including classes, memberships, or retail items.

8. Studio Conduct & Policies

To ensure a safe and respectful environment:

  • Please arrive on time; late entry may not be permitted

  • Silence all phones before class

  • Follow all instructor guidance during sessions

Atelier Yoga is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended belongings.

We reserve the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or offerings at any time.

9. Health & Liability Waiver

Participation in yoga, fitness, and infrared-heated classes involves physical exertion and inherent risks.

By attending, you acknowledge that:

  • You are voluntarily participating at your own risk

  • Atelier Yoga and its staff are not liable for injury, loss, or damages

  • You are responsible for consulting a physician if you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns

All clients are required to complete a liability waiver prior to participating in classes.

10. Pricing & Changes

All pricing, memberships, and packages are subject to change at any time.

Any purchases made prior to changes will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
